Croc City Crocodile & Reptile Park is located just 5 minutes from Fourways in the north of Johannesburg and is in close proximity to Lanseria International Airport and the Cradle of Humankind.
A visit to Croc City includes an interactive guided tour allowing visitors the opportunity to see small and massive 5 metre crocodiles. If you're lucky you'll also be able to spot the shy-away tortoises roaming around the park. The tour also provides you with the opportunity to hold a baby crocodile or if you're more into the creepy crawlies, a giant tarantula.
Other forms of entertainment provided include a daily feed of the crocodiles, snake shows occurring only on Sundays and public holidays and the new, exciting installment of the zip line over a pool of crocodiles. The park is opened Monday to Sunday from 9 am - 4: 30 pm.
After the tour make your way to the Parks very own Pizza restaurant for some authentic Italian cuisine or the tea garden for a light lunch. Take the opportunity to relax under the shaded trees while your children play in the designated play area.

IF BY THIS YOU MEAN THE AREA, I HAVE BEEN THERE BEFORE AND IN FACT ONCE LIVED IN CLOSE PROXIMITY. OF COURSE MONTE CASINO IS THE MAIN ATTRACTION, ESPECIALLY AS I WATCHED THE BOKS WIN AGAINST CANADA THERE. HOWEVER THE WHOLE AREA IS EXTREMELY INTERESTING.
