Blue Lagoon Triathlon 2020 - 3
Club Mykonos in Langebaan is hosting the Blue Lagoon Triathlon on Saturday, 15 and Sunday, 16 February 2020.
The Blue Lagoon Triathlon is an Olympic distance & Sprint distance event which will host CTTA (Western Province) Triathlon Championships. CTTA colours are on offer beyond bragging rights.
After a swim in the turquoise salt water lagoon, athletes will time trial along the coast towards Saldanha Bay on the bike before running laps inside the quaint and colourful seaside resort.
Sunday will once again be our Open Water Swim Day, ideal for those looking to move up in distance or training for full Ironman 6 weeks later. Last year was lauded by some open water swimmers and triathletes as the best open water swim in SA.
