Joburg’s Ticketpro Dome will feature the hottest food event, the Fire & Feast Meat & Food Festival presented by Crown National, which will get fired up 6-8 September 2019.
2019's festival will host a line-up of culturally diverse chefs each chosen for their talent and expertise in taste and technique. This quintessential proudly South African weekend-long love affair of meat, fire, braais and music promises to be the event of the year for all discerning diners, foodies, braai-masters, butchers and industry experts.
Visitors can expect to learn interesting new ways to prepare meat from leading butchers with some of the country`s best chefs on hand to demonstrate cooking techniques using a variety of modern utensils. Stewed, roasted, cured, simmered, seared and braai`d are just some of the way`s cuts of lamb, beef and pork will be cooked to perfection.
