Mr & Ms Fitness 2014 - 3
Mr. & Ms. Fitness SA Champions returns to celebrate beauty and brawn at the Cape Town International Convention Centre on the 27th and 28th of September 2014.
This national competition brings fitness athletes and fitness models from all over South Africa and neighbouring countries, such as Zimbabwe, Botswana, Uganda and Ghana, to compete to win titles and trophies.
Titles include Ms. Bikini Open - Classic or 45+, Mr. Beach Body Model and Mr. Classic, Mr. & Ms. Fitness, Ms. Figure and Mr. Physique.
The ultimate goal of the competition is to be selected to represent SA in the Fitness America Weekend to be held in Las Vegas in November, 2014 where some 600 athletes, from 30 different countries compete to be the world`s Best Fitness Athletes.
During the Mr. & Ms. Fitness championship, models and athletes will compete and demonstrate outstanding dance and gymnastic routines to win the prestigious Mr and Ms Fitness titles.
This year’s theme is ‘carnival’, allowing for athletes to entertain the crowd with talents ranging from acrobatics to unicycles. The Cape Town Carnival and Cape Town Tourism have endorsed the event, highlighting the growing popularity of the Mr and Ms Fitness SA Championships.
Musclemania South Africa is also participating and celebrates Africa’s top natural bodybuilders. The winner will take away a cash prize and trophy.
In addition to watching the actual competition, visitors can enjoy displays from a range health and fitness industry leaders, take home some great freebies and giveaways, benefit from advice from fitness professionals and purchase top of the range fitness gear.
The preliminaries take place from 9:30am on Saturday the 27th and Sunday the 28th, with the main event and finals taking place from 5pm on Sunday the 28th of September.
