This private family home is situated on the very popular Milkwood Drive of Zimbali Coastal Golf Estate, with stunning sea views.
Accommodation:
Sleeps 10, 4 bedrooms, included in the 4 bedrooms is a guest apartment with kitchenette and separate entrance.
The top floor has a fully equipped office with accommodation as well as the jacuzzi and is a studio room.
The first floor houses the bedrooms and the mini TV room , as well as all other bedrooms, main and guest en-suite bathrooms, as well as an outdoor shower . All rooms have sea views or partial sea views. . The guest room with separate entrance has a shower, no hot tub.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned.
Guests have access to the Resort, via West Gate entrance. Guests will be checked in this gate and will need to proceed to the Welcome Centre of Zimbali Estate. The security will be expecting any guests that have booked in to our properties. The Welcome Centre will hand guests their property keys, a set of rules for the eco estate and a map of the estate. They will also guide guests on how to proceed to the accommodations booked.
All relevant forms for entry into the Eco Estate need to be filled in and submitted to us prior to arrival or guests will not be admitted.
Guests will communicate with June our friendly assistant ,who will guide them on how to proceed from the time they communicate with us to the arrival in South Africa to Zimbali Eco Resort, Ballito.
Zimbali Coastal Resort is a place with miles of deserted beaches, warm Indian Ocean and the lush coastal vegetation. Guests can observe schools of dolphins frolicking in the waves and whale sharks cruising lazily by. A place to enjoy bird watching and encounter many other species of birds, and indigenous wild life with blue duiker and families of bushbuck wandering around the estate.
The features inside this resort are - play golf on the private championship signature five-star golf course. Dine at any one of nine restaurants. A spa for relaxation is available at the hotel. There are a collection of beach view rim flow pools at 'Valley of the Pools" as well as Bush Buck Pools.
Play tennis, squash as well.

The surrounding areas have shopping centres where clients can purchase groceries and clothing, as well as the Gateway Theatre of Shopping. This centre has a theatre, many cinemas as well as restaurants galore. Books, clothing Amusement centre for the children and lots more.
There are car hire companies where guests can hire cars from the airport. Alternatively a taxi service can be used. Taxi service can be arranged by the management for our clients. Please enquire.
Zimbali is an eco estate and in order to keep it that way as well as keep our clients safe, a set of rules will be forwarded to the guests upon booking. These rules need to be adhered to at all times.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the Valley of the Pools, situated opposite the beach. A small restaurant, and walking trails. The bird life is prolific in this area, especially in the morning and evenings.
Interaction with Guests
June our friendly assistant will guide the guests as to what to do from the the enquiry to the guests leaving the estate.
Guests are advised to look at our black folder on the table when arriving to familiarise themselves with the house and amenities on offer.
Please be aware that we only take bookings of 14 days or more during the Christmas period. Starting from Mid December to Mid Jan.

Getting Around
Car hire, taxis. The management can organised taxis from and to the airport. Please enquire should the need arise.
Other Things to Note
Zimbali is an eco estate and therefore it has a set of rules which has to be adhered to. Clients will be supplied with a set of rules upon arrival. Please make sure you read through them. Fines are imposed on people not adhering to these (website hidden) there is a speed limit on the estate, as bush buck have been run over due to speeding motorists. Security is very strict. We wish to keep our guests safe.

House Rules
Guests need to strictly to adhere to the rules of Zimbali. This is important in our estate.
Guests are requested to smoke outside of the house.
No extra guests are allowed into the estate other than the stipulated amount of guests renting the house.
No extra guests will be allowed to sleep overnight. If the rules are broken guests will be charged, as per your short term contract.
No pets will be allowed on the estate as there are free roaming buck, bush babies, duiker and more.
No parties will be allowed in the house.
No loud noise will be tolerated on the estate.
These are part of the eco estate rules.
Children are not allowed to drive the golf carts, without a South African drivers license, should guests require to hire one. Please enquire through management before hand.
Please read through our hand book, situated in the house before attempting to reset air-conditioners, steam room etc. Please familiarise yourselves with the appliances before use.
Guests need to note that there is no coffee machine in the house anymore.
