The apartment features a patio with braai facilities for private use. Guests have access to a single lockable garage in front of the apartment, as well as another parking bay.
The complex offers a communal swimming pool and there is a gate to the side leading to the beach, which is within walking distance. The complex is fully secured, with a guard on duty 24-hours a day.
The location offers access to restaurants and sandy beaches.
