Overview

1002 Bermudas is a beachfront apartment with spectacular 180-degree sea views and enjoys private direct access to the beach and the promenade. The unit is on the 10th floor of The Bermudas apartment block, with lifts.

The self-catering apartment consists of an open plan lounge and dining area and a kitchen. There are three double bedrooms with a main en suite and an additional bathroom. The apartment comfortably sleeps a maximum of six guests with a Double bed in the main bedroom and twin beds in the second and third bedrooms that can be converted to King Size beds on request. Quality linen, bath and beach towels are provided.

Off the lounge and main bedroom are sliding doors onto the patio with spectacular views of the sea. The sunrises are absolutely awesome. The kitchen consists of a fridge, microwave oven, undercounter oven and a washing machine. Laundry facilities are available on the premises of The Bermudas block. The apartment has satellite TV (DSTV). Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The apartment is air-conditioned throughout (heating and cooling). The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and public holidays. Secure parking is provided for your vehicle.

The apartment is a few minutes walking distance of the Umhlanga Village. There are numerous hotels in the immediate vicinity where children can enjoy ten pin bowling, game arcades etc. Enjoy a walk along the 5-kilometer Promenade on the beach or a stroll along the nature trail through the Hawaan Forest. There are several family and up market restaurants in the village centre. 1002 Bermudas is so ideally situated, one can virtually park your car at the beginning of your holiday and have no need to use it again for your entire stay. 1002 Bermudas is a five-minute drive from Gateway, (the largest shopping centre in the Southern Hemisphere), twenty minutes’ drive from Durban, the International Conference Centre (I. C. C.) and U Shaka Marine World. King Shaka International Airport is a fifteen-minute drive from Umhlanga-Rocks/286-0-1-1'>Umhlanga Rocks. There are several fine restaurants in the village or at Gateway Shopping Centre. Private first world hospitals are a five minutes’ drive away by car. There are several world class golf courses in the immediate vicinity including the prestigious Mount Edgecombe and Zimbali courses.
