Kempton Park, established in 1903, is a vibrant suburb located near Johannesburg, South Africa. Originally founded by Karl Wolff, who subdivided a portion of his farm and named the village after his birthplace, Kempten in Bavaria, the name evolved into Kempton Park. Over time, it grew into a prominent residential and commercial area, further boosted by the construction of the nearby Jan Smuts Airport in 1952, which later became OR Tambo International Airport. The town is well-equipped with numerous amenities, including over five major high schools, ample entertainment and sporting options, and convenient access to shopping malls and restaurants. Additionally, the suburb is home to a large industrial zone called Spartan, which is known for its chemical manufacturing and other industries.
