Fully equipped kitchen incl the following: Under counter oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker, electrical frying pan, slow cooker, toaster, snack witch maker, crockery, cutlery, iron, iron board. living area incl the following: satellite tv and dvd player 2 single sleepers
CONDUCT RULES;
Due to strict rules from the body corporate no groups of young adults or students are allowed.
The other occupants of the complex must ALWAYS be considered. No loud music or parties allowed at the complex or any other behaviour that is disturbing the other occupants of the complex.
No extra guests are allowed unless you have notified Heloise.
No extra parking in complex.
No smoking in unit or passages of complex.
If the guests do not adhere to these rules they will be asked to leave without any refunds.
