Overview

Annie's Flat is a comfortable one-bedroom flat in an exceptionally large and peaceful garden. It is the bottom part of a house with entrances on opposite sides of the building offering complete privacy to the flat. The property is only 500 m from the swimming beach and about 200 m from the shops and restaurants.

It is ideal for two people or a family for up to four people. The bedroom has a double bed and the lounge and kitchen area has two divans which are used as a sitting area during the day, but can be used as extra beds. The bathroom consists of a toilet, washbasin and shower.

The flat is fully equipped with bedding, two towels per person, a TV which can accept DSTV if you bring your own decoder, a two-plate stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, coffee and tea facilities, and all the necessary utensils. There is a covered patio with a portable braai right in front of the flat and lower down in the garden is another beautiful braai area.
