This tastefully decorated two-bedroom bespoke apartment is situated in a secure estate on the lagoon. The apartment is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, Central and Robberg Beach. The apartment is luxurious and beautifully furnished with attention to detail. The lounge area opens onto the patio which overlooks the lagoon, making it a lovely area to enjoy the scenery while having a barbeque. A daybed has been perfectly placed in front of a window to relax and enjoy the view or curl up and read a book. The bedrooms are situated upstairs with views over the lagoon from the main bedroom. There is a swimming pool and squash court in the complex and the property is serviced daily.
Children welcome although please note there are open ponds and waterways situated in the estate.

Cancellations: No shows or cancellations less than 30 days to arrival - No refund Cancellations more than 30 days to arrival - 50% of deposit is refundable Cancellations and date amendments must be requested in writing. Amendment of dates will be based on availability and minimum stay will apply. Extras and fees: The full balance and breakage deposit is due 21 days prior to arrival. A refundable breakage deposit of R6000 is required. The breakage deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure less breakages if any.
