Constantia Views Villa Wilderness is a Luxury Villa occupying a prime location along the sought-after Constantia Drive in Wilderness.

Occupying the top entrance level is the sea-facing living space with lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. These all open onto the balcony with seating arrangements, hanging chair and full views. There is a bedroom, en-suite with shower, on this level with the same views.

On the lower level are two additional bedrooms, both en-suite with bath and shower. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. Both rooms have sliding doors opening onto private balconies with tranquil forest and partial sea views. There is a double sleeper couch in the landing between these rooms.

Additional house features include a full inverter for loadshedding, an air con in the lounge, a smart flatscreen TV with full package DStv, an indoor fireplace, a scullery with washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer as well as a portable gas BBQ/braai. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons including gas stove top, electric oven and built-in microwave.

The double automated garage houses a pool table, ping-pong table plus darts and has direct access into the scullery. There is an alarm with armed response and uncapped wifi throughout.

Part of the Constantia Kloof conservancy, relax to the sound of the birds as well as that of the ocean.

Rates valid to 30 April 2026. Peak Season Min 3 - 5 nights. Summer Season (11 Jan - 30 Apr; 25 Nov - 9 Dec) Min 3 nights. Winter Season (1 May – 31 July) Min 3 nights. Mid Season (1 Aug - 24 Nov) Min 3 nights. - There is an inverter for loadshedding, also a gas stove top and rechargeable lights. The geysers are gas. - No ride-on-toys like rollerskates/rollerblades/scooters or wheelie shoes are allowed to be used indoors. Damage to the wooden floors would be charged to the guest. - Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R 1500 management fee and R 3000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakages deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents this needs to be prepaid via EFT. - R 250 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00. - A maximum of 6 people sharing in 3 en-suite bedrooms – 2x King beds and 1x Queen bed. Please do not exceed this number on any given night. The sleeper couch is in the landing between the 2 downstairs bedrooms, this can sleep 2 more people at no extra charge. Please advise the property management company if this is required well in advance as linen and towels will need to be set out for it prior to check-in. - Children of all ages are welcome, however, please take care of small children due to height and nature of this property. There is no child safety barriers or gate on stairs inside the house, also no safety railings. You need to keep an eye on your small children for their safety. Please bring your own camp cot and high chair with. The owners and property management company will not be held liable in any way. - Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels. - No pets are allowed on the property. The area is a conservancy surrounded by wildlife including birds, bushbucks and bush pigs. - This property is not wheelchair suitable. - No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets. - Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please. - Noise policy: Constantia Views Villa Wilderness is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. We kindly request that loud music, parties or any excessive noise be avoided at all times, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting. No loud music or noise will be tolerated and the owners and property management company reserves their rights. - A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time. - The house has septic tanks, only human waste and toilet paper down toilets please and use septic tank friendly cleaning materials. - Housekeeping service is not included - it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at time of enquiry. - This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
