Overview

Denneberghof is a stylish Self-Catering Apartment and Bed & Breakfast part of yet separate from the main house in Kaaimans, the heart of the Garden Route.

Located on a pristine and private estate, this homestead is perched high up on the mountain with the Kaaimans Waterfall in the gorge below. Enjoy a tranquil stay surrounded by breathtaking mountain and sea views.

The estate is rich in birdlife and indigenous fauna & flora (including an abundance of South Africa’s National Protea flower with Knysna Loerie visiting almost daily), with a backdrop of the Outeniqua Mountain range & Indian Ocean in the distance which reminds one why South Africa’s Garden Route is such a rare gem!

With easy access from the the N2, between Wilderness and Victoria Bay, a major drawing card is the prime and extremely central location. Both beaches are a 7 minute drive, as is the Garden Route Mall. World renown golf courses including Fancourt, The Links, Kingswood and Oubaai are within easy reach.

Accommodation consists of two en-suite bedrooms with an additional two bedrooms sharing a full bathroom plus separate shower room. Every room has a comfortable Queen size bed. Denneberghof 'The Annex' accommodates up to eight people in absolute comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay and includes a washing machine, gas stove top/electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and more. The lounge has comfortable couches, an indoor dining table and a large wall-mounted smart flat screen TV with full package DStv. Doors lead out onto the undercover patio with an outdoor dining table, and full mountain and garden views.

In the Gardens is an additional dining table with umbrella and portable BBQ/Braai, an ideal vantage point from which to enjoy the panoramic mountain views.

There is uncapped wifi throughout.

Breakfast and other meals are available upon request, at additional charge.

Organic fresh farm produce from the garden, non GMO, which guests can help themselves too. Extremely safe and secure, ample space for children to run & play.

There is ample safe & secure on-site parking. Access is via a remote controlled gate.

Ideal for medical tourism, a family, a couple or group of friends. Also, business travellers due to its central location. Perfect for bird enthusiasts and golfers.

NOTE:

The owner lives in the main house, however, separate and private from this unit. There are resident dogs on the property.

Rates valid to 9 December 2026. Peak Season (10 Dec - 10 Jan) Min 5 - 14 nights. Summer Season (11 Jan - 30 Apr; 25 Nov - 9 Dec) Min 2 nights. Easter (3 - 6 April 2026) Min 3 nights. Winter Season (1 May – 31 July) Min 2 nights. Mid Season (1 Aug - 24 Nov) Min 2 nights. - The stove top is gas. There are rechargeable lights. - Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R 1250 management fee and R 2000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakages deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents this needs to be prepaid via EFT. - R 250 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00. - A maximum of 8 people sharing in 2 en-suite bedrooms and another 2 bedrooms sharing a full bathroom are allowed to sleep over. Please do not exceed this number on any given night. - Children of all ages are welcome, however, this house isn’t equipped to be child friendly. Do take care of small children at this house as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings. The owners and property management company will not be held liable. - Please bring your own baby cot and high chair with. - Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels. - Uncapped wifi and full package DStv is included. The TV is a smart TV. - No pets are allowed on the property. The owners live on-site with their dogs who may come visit. - No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets. - This is a high fire risk area, please NO open fires are allowed at the property and do not leave any fires unattended. - Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please. - Noise policy: Denneberghof is a tranquil residence with the owners and other tenants living on the property. It is a gated estate. We kindly request that loud music, parties or any excessive noise be avoided at all times, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting of the estate. No loud music or noise will be tolerated and the owners and property management company reserves their rights. - A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time. - Owner lives in the same house but is separate and private from The Annex, with own access. - Housekeeping can be arranged during your stay, at additional cost. - The house has septic tanks, only human waste and toilet paper down toilets please and use septic tank friendly cleaning materials. - This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables. - Meals can be arranged during your stay at an additional cost. - This property is not wheelchair accessible. Access via some stairs. - Security cameras on the outside of the property only.
