Glentana Beach Villa is a top-end Luxury Villa situated right on the beachfront in Glentana, between Mossel Bay and George on the Garden Route.

Glentana is known as a quiet residential neighbourhood, one of a handful of little seaside villages along the Garden Route coastline.

Occupying this prime location, enjoy uninterrupted sea views and easy access to the sand, with whale and dolphin watching from the comfort of your abode.

Architecturally designed and fitted out to the highest specification, this double-storey, light-filled and very spacious Garden Route Beachfront Holiday House has much to offer the discerning traveller.

Glentana Beach Villa comprises of five en-suite bedrooms all immaculately furnished with 5* features, accommodating up to 10 people in absolute comfort and style. There is a sleeper couch in one room, which accommodates a maximum of two more people – subject to an additional charge.

On the top level are four rooms, two of which open onto a shared wrap-around balcony with full sea views. The third room opens onto a balcony with partial mountain views, whilst the fourth opens onto a balcony with partial sea views. Downstairs is a fifth self-contained bedroom, discretely situated at the back of the property with its own entrance. There is an additional guest bathroom.

The main lounge and dining room are both open-plan with the mod con kitchen. Large glass stack sliding doors allow for the indoors to flow outdoors, onto a spacious sea-facing porch with an outdoor dining table and additional seating arrangements. This is an ideal vantage point from which to take in the sprawling sea views for relaxation, sundowners and al fresco dining. On the opposite side of the living area is an undercover BBQ/Braai patio with ample outdoor seating arrangements.

There are two separate indoor lounge areas: downstairs with a wood-burning fireplace, large wall-mounted TV and comfortable couches; upstairs with a desk area, kitchenette, seating arrangements and another wall-mounted TV.

Additional house features include heated towel rails and air conditioners in all of the bedrooms in the main house, some double-glazed and tinted doors and windows, uncapped wifi throughout, three smart TVs all with individual full package DStv, outdoor 2-seater tables and chairs on balconies/patios at every bedroom, a separate scullery with washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer, direct access into the double automated garage parking plus additional on-site parking behind remote gates. There is an alarm with armed response and a full inverter system for loadshedding.
