Overview
Greenhole Cottage is a very comfortable three bedroomed home on Leisure Isle on the water’s edge, within walking distance of the Heads. It has been specifically fitted out for a family holiday with simple but quality furnishings.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom with under-floor heating.
The second bedroom has two three quarter beds as well as a double bunk.The third bedroom has two single beds and a cot. This room is north facing and is delightfully sunny and warm.
A separate cloakroom as well as a double shower with generous quantities of hot water are conveniently located adjacent to the bedrooms.
The spacious lounge is divided by a “good old fireplace that works” and also has DSTV and a video machine. The room has wonderful views of the lagoon and towards the famous Knysna Heads.
The relaxed dining room next to the lounge has room to seat 10 adults with easy access to the kitchen.
In the kitchen is a modern gas stove and a not so modern electric fridge. There is an ample supply of crockery, cutlery and glassware as well as most related appliances, including a dish washer, tumble drier and washing machine.
The house opens up onto a sheltered courtyard complete with built in braai area – ideal for entertaining out of the weather.
