Overview

Our (brand new) 60sqm apartment is positioned on the first floor of the recently constructed double-storey building. It has got a big lounge and one bedroom with en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, bath tub).

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (king-size, two separate mattresses in extra length) and a beautiful wooden wardrobe. The lounge with fully fitted open-plan kitchen has got a big window and a sliding door (both 3 meter width) and leads to an extraordinary beautiful balcony/terrace. From here our guests can enjoy a stunning view to the garden/swimming pool and the mountain setting of the back slope of Table Mountain. Lounge and bedroom are fitted with an aircon-system.

All apartments at Constantia Cottages, including Junior-Suite Merlot, are graded as 4-STAR accommodations by TGCSA, the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa, and has been endorsed as SUPERIOR in the category Self-Catering Apartments by AA Quality Assured Accommodation Programme

Confirmation of Booking / Cancellation terms: Bookings will be officially confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the whole amount has been paid. The remaining 50% MUST be paid into the Landlord’s account latest 14 days prior to arrival, after which all renters details will be made available. Payment: Electronic transfer (EFT), VISA and MasterCard credit cards or cash Extra person: No extra costs for max. 2 kids up to the age of 2 in a baby cot. For kids aged 12+ and adults sharing the same unit for up to 3 people we charge a percentage of the standard rent Internet: Internet Access via Fibre Optic at no extra charge Satellite-TV: DStv menus are not included. Dstv can get connected on the guests account. In the case of booking being canceled for whatever reason the following rules apply: Non-refundable rent/payments..... Cancellation until 14 days before and after arrival = 100% Cancellation until 15 - 30 days before arrival = 80% Cancellation 31 - 60 days before arrival = 40% Cancellation 61 - 90 days before arrival = 20% Earlier than 120 days before arrival = 10%
