This Cottage is for a family or group of friends provides the warmth, cleanliness and extra space you need for a perfect holiday experience.
The Cottage features a main bedroom with an extra length queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Another smaller room offers a 3/4 bed. There is also a single bed in the lounge.
The cottage also has a family bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and basin. The main area consisting of lounge and dining room is a modern and super comfy area creating a soothing ambience that is perfect for some R&R.
It has a private outdoor small braai and breakfast corner which offers a great view overlooking the oasis pool and tranquil garden as well as Constantia's beautiful mountain.

he kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and all other basic equipment. Outside the kitchen there is a little courtyard with a washing line.
Kaya La Provence is 1.7 km away from the well-known Constantia Village Shopping Mall as well as two other large shopping malls just down the road.
Kaya La Provence is also near to fine dining restaurants, exciting farm stalls, coffee shops, pubs and the Mediclinic Constantiaberg.
Numerous top mountain biking trails are a huge attraction for the avid cyclist.
The infamous Constantia Wine Route is a stone’s throw away and is a must-visit if this takes your fancy.
Easy driving distance to all Peninsula and Atlantic beaches (15-20 km), hiking trails at Tokai Forest, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, and the Baxter Theatre.
The Plumstead train station is a brisk 10 minute walk from Kaya La Provence for easy visiting Cape Town City Centre and also provides a beautiful ride to Muizenberg, Kalk Bay and Simon's Town.
