Fully fitted kitchen, lounge, separate dining room, 1.5 bathrooms, braai and double garage. Personal safe. Large shady Gardens front and back. The cottage features: 2 Spacious Bedrooms - 1 x Double Bed with en-suite shower, toilet and handbasin; and 1 x 2 single beds, and 1 x Double Sleeper Couch in lounge. All beds have electric blankets for the cooler winter months.

Pepper Tree Cottage is a completely secure self catering house standing in its own grounds - it offers two bedrooms, (one en-suite) .
Family bathroom,.
Separate dining room and lounge with TV (Easy view ), DVD player, music centre.
There is a working open fireplace.
Bedroom 1: double bed with en suite looking out onto the back garden
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds – front facing with mountain view.
All beds have electric blankets.
Double sleeper couch in the lounge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker, washing machine etc.
There is a sun room, leading onto a wooden deck at the rear of the house.
There is a large wrap around garden.
Attached double garage with direct access to house.
Stoop back and front with lovely mountain views.
Braai
The beach, with its many rock pools is less than five minutes walk away.
Hermanus is a 5km drive away.

We had a family reunion at the Pepper Tree Cottage in May 2021. We had a lovely time and all enjoyed our stay. Everything that we needed were available. I will definitely visit again.
