Rocky Beach Self Catering STUDIO (Budget) is a small 21.25sq meter very private bedsitter, with it’s own private entrance & courtyard of 10.8 sq meters situated in Dorries Drive, Simon’s Town, within walking distance to Boulder’s Beach Penguin Colony on the Whale Route in False Bay. This is a suitable bedsitter accommodation for a couple wanting to explore the Cape on a budget , clean, comfortable, neat and safe .
The Studio consists of a room with a double bed and a kitchenette with microwave, 2 plate hot cooker, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, iron and all crockery and cutlery and utensils and all cleaning material.
Kitchenette has a counter and 2 bar stools.
This Small Studio has no sea views but has a view of the mountain.
Regret no children or pets and not wheel chair friendly.
10 x Steep steps to entrance of Studio. Parking on the street, visible from Studio.
Ensuite bathroom with shower over bath, basin, toilet and wardrobe.
The Studio has French doors opening out to your own private courtyard with mountain views only (NO SEA VIEWS), garden table and chairs, sun loungers and a portable braai.
100% white percale linen used. Cotton Bath & Beach towels supplied & changed on a regular basis.
Mountain views only, there is No sea view from this studio accommodation.
This tiny Studio is ideal for 2 adults – a great little pad & cosy& private.
