Overview
Choose from either villas situated on the golf course with views over the 13th fairway or if you prefer to be more centrally located on the estate within walking distance to the Resort Hotel, swimming pool and leisure desk as well as the Spar superette and library.
A short distance to the entrance to the Marina Blue Flag beach. The centrally located villas have either a lagoon view or are situated on the cascades. The ‘standard’ villas are comfortably furnished and all offer aircon, DSTV and braai facilities on the outside patios. Prices are per day and include VAT (where applicable) and a daily cleaning service. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required excluding peak season, or a surcharge of R450 will be levied on a single night’s stay.

Where pricing is “per unit” the Average Price Per Person based on maximum occupancy is used for the price range comparison. A search made for Homes and Villas however will always be based on the full daily rate of the unit irrespective of the number of people the unit sleeps.
