This unique property, located on a secure golf estate, is situated right on the beachfront overlooking False Bay. Situated in Strand, this villa offers seaside living on the edge of the Cape Winelands. The décor in this charming thatch home combines inherited antiques and natural textures for an eclectic blend of classic Cape and rustic romance. Select from a number of living areas, whether in need of peaceful relaxation in solitude or re-connecting with friends and family. The fully equipped kitchen begs for social meal preparation with a living area leading out to the lawn in front.
On the other side of the U-shaped villa is a more formal lounge also with doors folding back to allow seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Between these is the dining area with seating for 8. The entire villa is designed in a way that lets the outdoors in, with doors opening on to the lawn or courtyard or swimming pool and easy flow from one to the other. There are patios with dining tables and outdoor furniture on either side of the villa allowing for glorious al fresco meals in true holiday style.
There are four bedrooms, three with en-suite bathrooms and one with an open-plan bathroom. Three of the rooms are furnished with double beds and one has a king-size bed. Cape Town International Airport, the Stellenbosch Winelands, various golf courses and the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront are all in a 30 minute radius. Come and enjoy breathtaking sunsets or sit in front of a crackling fire while sipping some of the best wines our country has to offer.
