Overview
Sgt Pepper's Holiday Home is set on the banks of the Vaal Dam in the small town of Oranjeville in the Free State. The property has direct access to the dam with a private slipway where guests can launch their boats.
The house can accommodate 10 people, namely 6 adults and 4 children, and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a guest toilet. The first bedroom contains a double bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. Next to the main bedroom, there is a double sleeper couch and in the living area is 2 single sleeper couches. All linen, towels and toilet paper are provided.
The house comprises a kitchen, 2 living areas with TVs and DStv channels, as well as a dining area. The kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a stove, an oven and ample built-in cupboards with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, bake ware, oven ware, etc. A separate scullery is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, deep freezer and an ice machine.
The covered patio is spacious and has a built-in braai and patio furniture. From the patio, guests can enjoy views of the dam. The home is secured with an alarm system. Pets are welcome on prior arrangement.
Next to the house is a separate flatlet with kitchen and bathroom/shower with own DSTV and braai area under roof.
The surrounding area offers fishing, water-sports, kayaking, cycling, and other outdoor sports.

Where pricing is “per unit” the Average Price Per Person based on maximum occupancy is used for the price range comparison. A search made for Homes and Villas however will always be based on the full daily rate of the unit irrespective of the number of people the unit sleeps.
