Overview
Villas are either centrally located on the estate within walking distance to the Resort Hotel, swimming pool and leisure desk as well as the Spar superette and library, or are of walking distance to the entrance to the Marina Beach.
These ‘Superior’ villas have mod furnishings, all have aircon, DSTV as well as an outside braai on the patios. Prices are per day and include VAT (where applicable) and a daily cleaning service. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required excluding peak season, or a surcharge of R650 will be levied on a single night’s stay.

NOTE: If a search was made without stipulating the month of occupation the rate shown on the search results page is for the lowest cost month and the least expensive room. Where pricing is “per unit” the Average Price Per Person based on maximum occupancy is used for the price range comparison. A search made for Homes and Villas however will always be based on the full daily rate of the unit irrespective of the number of people the unit sleeps.
