VILLA This villa is perfectly arranged for families or groups, offering a comfortable layout with two distinct lounges and full air-conditioning throughout the home. The ground floor features a spacious, open-plan area combining a full kitchen and TV lounge, which opens directly onto the sea-view pool deck and hot tub. Upstairs, guests can enjoy a second lounge complete with a small bar, a kitchenette, another TV area, and access to a private balcony. The outdoor area is dedicated to relaxation with a sparkling pool and a soothing hot tub. The sleeping quarters are symmetrically designed: each floor hosts two air-conditioned bedrooms - one features a King XL-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom, and the other has a Queen-sized bed and access to a shared bathroom, allowing the villa to comfortably sleep eight adults, with all four bathrooms conveniently equipped with a hairdryer.
STUDIO The studio apartment is a perfectly private, open-plan Retreat designed for two adults, complete with its own separate entrance. This cosy space combines the kitchen, bedroom, and lounge into one relaxed area, featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed. For added luxury, the space includes a deep bath and a freestanding fireplace, complemented by a separate private bathroom housing a shower, toilet, basin, and hairdryer.
