A 5 minute walk from the village and famous cliff paths and a 5 minute drive to the beaches, it is an ideal place to do whale spotting, hiking in the Fernkloof Nature Reserve, wine tasting in the nearby Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, famous for its Pinot Noir grape and cool climate wines. And golfers, the Hermanus Golf Course is a 2 minutes drive away!
The house has great entertainment areas: 3 sitting rooms, swimming pool, a functional and luxurious kitchen and dining area combined, 4 fridges, an immaculate garden and two patios. It also has a boules court and a lunch bower where you can have lazy, cool lunches and suppers. Keen on games, table tennis and darts is also available.
The rooms are luxurious, 5 en-suite (including an adjacent cottage) and 1 suitable for a family with small children.
Gerald is your housekeeper and the house is serviced except on Sundays but this can be arranged at an extra cost.
