The property borders on a river and nature is totally unspoilt. When the river-mouth is closed, you will be able to paddle to the sea.
There are various types of small wildlife on the property. Please do not feed and spoil the monkeys, they will become very familiar! A very rich and diverse bird life will provide many hours of entertainment.



The tent is fully equipped – bathroom, kitchen with microwave oven, 2 plate stove with oven, fridge and all eating /cooking utensils. Linen and bath towels are provided as well as electric blankets on the beds, a small oil heater for winter times, a good quality pedestal fan for summer and a small safe for valuables.
Each tent has a DVD Player and TV with channels 1,2,3 and ETV - there is however, a decoder installed with available DSTV reception, please bring your own Smartcard for connection to DSTV.
You only have to bring your own food, beverages, clothes and beach towels.
Each tent has its own braai area - please use this facility when making a fire.

Big and Small Bumble Bee

This is a 4 sleeper comprising of Big Bumble Bee with double bed, bathroom, kitchen, TV, deck area, own braai place + Small Bumble Bee which is an extention about 6 metres away fromBig Bumble .. it has 2 single beds, its own TV. coffee/tea making facilities and its own bathroom . This is suitable for parents with teenagers OR 4 adults. All share the kitchen, deck area and braai place with the people in Big Bumble Bee. Children tariffs are less than adult tariffs

Big and Small Kokomoyo tents

Big Kokomoyo can accommodate 2 adults - has a queen size bed Small Kokomoyo is an extension of the big tent - it has 2 single beds, coffee/tea making station and its own bathroom next to the tent .... it can accommodate either 2 extra adults or 2 teenagers - teenagers just love to stay on their own "away" from their parents

Rietbos is our FAMILY UNIT for 2 adults on a double bed and 2 children U/13 years old on 2 single beds. Kitchen, bathroom, sleeping/sitting area and deck under one roof. Ideal for parents with babies, toddlers and children under 13 years. Good quality camping cots with mattress and linen can be supplied for babies and toddlers ... PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TARIFFS FOR CHILDREN IS MUCH LESS THAN THE ADULT TARIFFS - no space on Sleeping-Out to reflect that.
