The Golf House @ 199 is situated right in the middle of the estate in a quiet cul de sac road, surrounded with coastal forest for complete privacy.

Watch the fish eagles sore in the distance and experience the cry of Africa pulsing through your veins, as the ocean’s taste, smell and sound awakens your senses.

This stunning property will leave you completely relaxed. We offer a unique self-catering service at The Golf House, to make your holiday as convenient as possible. Spend those precious hours on the beach, at the pool or playing a round of golf, soaking up the tranquillity that lurks.

The villa is located in the middle of the estate taking no longer than a 3 minute drive to get the nearest beach access point, restaurant at The Lodge and main swimming pool area with tennis and squash court and a jungle gym for the kids.

This luxury villa offers 4 en-suite bedrooms on the main building of the villa, a seperate flatlet and an extra outbuilding room to accommodate up to 10 guests. All rooms have twin beds and all have en-suite bathrooms.

The open plan design in the main living area allows for great entertainment with an open plan kitchen, dinning area, TV lounge with full bouquet DSTV and DVD player, opening up on both sides with zigzag glass doors that lead out onto the veranda where there is a braai area and plunge pool with safety net for kids.

Fully equipped kitchen with dish washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. Seperate scullery with washing machine, tumble dryer and laundry courtyard.
