It is situated high up in Camps Bay in a quiet residential area, and is only 2km from Camps Bay beachfront with its trendy restaurants, shops and entertainment venues.

The house borders Table Mountain Nature Reserve and there is a gate from the garden leading directly into the reserve from where one can start one of the many hikes or even walk to the top of Table Mountain itself.
The lounge leads to a terrace with built-in gas and charcoal braai, and a few steps down is the pool and the garden with a built-in trampoline. The kitchen is open plan with a big island and granite tops.
