Leeward Reach is a beautiful four bedroom home, each with their own private bathroom. The home has two lounges and a fully equipped kitchen. The entertainment area has a jacuzzi and there is a gazebo on the water to enjoy the magnificent Thesen sunsets. The house has a private jetty if you want to bring your boat along. A trip along the Thesen canals is an unforgettable one. Thesen Island is a private island with 24 hour security controlled access. There are beaches along the canals, one is a few steps away from Leeward 7 and the main beach a short stroll away. The island is perfect for those wanting to enjoy a bit of outdoor life as well. Communal tennis courts and a squash court are there for the use of all. The Island has many paths for walking or cycling and a lovely kiddies playground.
The house also has a fully self contained flatlet above the garage. This can be rented as part of the house to make up a fifth bedroom or separately for two people. The bedrooms in the main house comprise of the following bedding arrangement, main bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and the further two bedrooms each have two twin beds. The flatlet has a queen bed. =
The TV lounge has a cosy fireplace for the cooler evenings. The house is on deep water and is therefore not suitable for small kids.

Nautical style house situated on a quiet Island on sought after Thesen. The house has four en-suite bedrooms and a separate fully contained flatlet above the garage. The house can be rented with or without the flatlet. Rates are for 10 persons. Rates quoted may vary from month to month and if house is not used to max capacity. July Oyster Festival and Easter rates vary.
