Equipped caravan, sleeps up to 4 persons sharing in a 1 x double 2 x single config. These caravans all have a non-stocked mini bar fridge, TV with 7 channels , WiFi. Towels and linen are supplied as well as a kettle and complimentary tea / coffee tray. It was the most disgusting place I ever saw. Dirty, bathroom full of mildew and smelling terrible. The building is in a very bad condition. Walls dirty. Bedding was old and ripped. The bed was broken and very uncomfortable. A Dirty ashtray was left at the entry to the rooms.

We ended up staying at Kloofeind, which belongs to the same owner, as it had restaurant facilities. Dinner was very good but we requested breakfast at 08:00 the next morning. We did not get that breakfast as the staff was still sleeping. The bathroom facilities was filthy and was cleaned only after I enquired about it. I contacted the owner the next morning and he refunded us.
