Sabaan, a self-catering family resort, is located in a malaria-free area, on a secure 35 hectare property in the picturesque Sabie-River-Valley/532-0-1-1'>Sabie River Valley. The resort offers 22 comfortable, affordable, fully equipped chalets (not upmarket but homely), each with a private braai area and parking for one vehicle. You only need to bring your own bath and swimming towels.
With a sparkling clear swimming pool and spectacular views, a play area with slide, 2 trampolines, jungle gym, swings and a tennis court Sabaan is the perfect setting for a family holiday.
The lapa with braai facilities and fully equipped kitchen, also makes Sabaan a popular destination for smaller informal functions, school and church groups, family reunions. Catering can be done by arrangement. We also have an exceptional new formal venue (up to 150 pax) for weddings, conferences and any kind of function - a must see!
Sabaan is very centrally situated for visits to the Kruger National Park (30 km to Phabeni Gate entrance), and to explore the magnificent Panorama Route, with world famous attractions like God's Window, Bourke's Luck Pot Holes, Blyde River Canyon, the MacMac Falls and many many more. A number of renowned golf courses in the nearby vicinity makes for a great golfing breakaway.
The glass lift in Graskop, zip lines, aerial cable trails, the Big Swing and bridge jumps will get your adrenaline pumping, while close encounters with rescued elephants and chimpanzees promises to be a touching, unforgettable experience. Go hot air ballooning, White River rafting, caving, quad biking, hiking or mountain biking, to mention but a few. This region is sure to keep you entertained for days on end.

The place is refreshing and very easy to find, before our arrival we received a WhatsApp location for easy access of the place, the information file on the activities around come in very handy and made it easy to re-prioritise our plans. The establishment is indeed family friendly we enjoyed our stay with very friendly ladies.
It would be nice if you can put some shelf for the Dstv decoder it kept on falling off the top of the TV, and will also be nice to have some small mats next to the beds, the floor was too cold.
