Providence 40 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom self catering holiday unit and is perfectly situated in Ramsgate with picturesque views of Ramsgate Blue Flag Main Beach[ +-400m walk]. with the lagoon a few meters away. There is a double bed in main en suited bedroom with 2 single beds in second bedroom and a sleeper couch [client must provide bedding for sleeper couch] in lounge. Both bedrooms and lounge have a lovely sea view.

The open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area open onto a large covered patio where you can have a braai [gas] while enjoying a Sundowner[gas only]. The kitchen is well equipped for 6 tenants.[4 Adults 2 children] Dstv[bring your unit],Tv and a DVD player available, A safe is available for your convenience.

Secure under cover parking with 24 hour security.[CCTV]. There is a communal braai [charcoal/wood] area at the swimming pool on the premises and jungle gym for the kids or join in the entertainment activities during the main tourist seasons on the beach and take a paddle boat with the children out on the Lagoon.
