Überblick

This 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms has a sea view and is 200m from atkv playpark, waterslides and indoor heated pool. It is 200m from the beach.

The apartment is on the second floor. (No lift). Downstairs are 2 double bedrooms with full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc, living area with TV (satelite TV), indoor braai etc. I do supply bedding (no towels).

Upstairs are 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom with shower, TV room and small kitchenette. The complex has a swimming pool and outdoor braais as well as secure covered parking (one vehicle). The swimming pool and braai area is only for guests who stay at the unit and not for visitors.

Only 6 guests max are allowed to stay at the unit (this includes children and babies).

CONDUCT RULES;

Due to strict rules from the body corporate no groups of young adults or students are allowed.
The other occupants of the complex must ALWAYS be considered. No loud music or parties allowed at the complex or any other behaviour that is disturbing the other occupants of the complex.
No extra guests are allowed unless you have notified Heloise.
No extra parking in complex.
No smoking in unit or passages of complex.
If the guests do not adhere to these rules they will be asked to leave without any refunds.
