Welcome to Huisie Ommie Hoek, a Uniondale accommodation.
Huisie ommie hoek is a fully furnished 2x bedroom free standing cottage along a quiet side street off the main street of Uniondale. A full bathroom with bath and shower, living room with DStv, and fully equipped kitchen is available. Safe parking in the yard. Bedding and towels provided. Spacious main bedroom with double bed and cot. Spacious second bedroom with 3 or 4 single beds. Dinner bookings can be arranged on request. Other meals available on request.
Uniondale is a small country town in the Western Cape Province at the western entrances to the Baviaanskloof and the Langkloof, and the northern entrance to Prince Alfred's pass. The picturesque Prince Alfred's pass connects the Klein Karoo with Plettenberg Bay and Knysna in the Tsitsikamma. Uniondale is approximately 1 hour's drive from George or Oudtshoorn, and 2 hour's drive from Graaff Reinett along the N9.
Apart from numerous scenic drives Uniondale boasts numerous beautiful old buildings, various eateries, an old English fort from the Anglo-Boer war and a 9 hole golf course.

Our stay was very pleasant. It was a freezing cold day but the electric blanket on the bed had been switched on even before we arrived and there was a heater in the lounge, also on! The welcome was very warm and friendly. Amanda was exceptionally friendly and efficient.
