The Apollis Cottage guest house is situated in Concordia, Namaqualand,approximately 17 kilometers from Springbok. a beautiful area in the Northern Cape Province of South Africa. Opened in 2012, it is owned by Annie Vonk and Bernard Vonk.

The guest house is Annie's dream realized: To open a guest house on the farm land she grew up on - a way to give birth to a legacy of the Apollis family. Inside you will find traces of the family legacy through pictures of the parents, children and grandchildren. There are also pieces of furniture from the original house that have been kept and restored, a way to preserve the memory of "Ouma's house". The bed & breakfast guest house boasts 3 large bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms, as well as a large lounge/dining room area, a porch, kitchen, growing garden and braai area at the back. Using its own well for water as well as solar panels for electricity, it really is its own self-sufficient oasis in the desert.
