Self-catering flat on Diaz Beach with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with double shower. Sleep 5 people. 1 Queen size bed in main bedroom and 1 Double bed and 1 Single bed in spare room. Fully equipped kitchen with built in stove/oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and Dishwasher. Great sea view from enclosed balcony with built in braai. Walking distance from Diaz Beach Water park
Please note that there is only a DVD machine and OVHD (see internet for available channels). There is NO DSTV Available. WiFi is available. Small inverter installed to keep the lights on during loadshedding
Standing rate over weekends of 2 night stay only will be R 1 500-00 per night. (excluding long weekends and holiday periods)
All linen is supplied. Bath towels supplied but please bring your own swimming towels. Bath towels are not to leave the unit. Bookings must be made at least 1 week in advance for monies to clear in my bank.
Extra R 600 levy charge fee (not included in daily rate or quotation) payable directly to me for linen cleaning after departure. R 750 key deposit also due to me and will be paid back after departure if all is in order and nothing is broken or lost.
(Please note this is separate from the fee so it is not part of the daily rate fee and quotation). This R 1 350 must be paid electronically before arrival directly to myself. I am so impressed the place is clean the view is just awesome so beautiful. The service was excellent the complex is neat and clean walking distance from the beach.
