Sea Breeze Villa is a Luxury Villa tucked away within a secure estate, occupying a sought-after position in Wilderness and the Garden Route.

This double-storey beachfront holiday house boasts signature views over the endless blue-flag beach and vast Indian Ocean. Let dolphins and whales entertain you from the comfort of your abode, make use of the swimming pool on hot summer days (safety net for children), relax with a good book on the sundeck, enjoy a social sunset BBQ/braai or cuddle up in one of two lounges, both with indoor fireplaces.

Accommodation consists of four en-suite bedrooms, all tastefully furnished with special features including heated towel rails and underfloor heating. Three of the rooms have lovely sea views whilst the fourth opens onto a private sundeck with garden views. The master bedroom has a luxurious jacuzzi spa bath with sea views and large walk-in shower.

The stylish open-plan, sea-facing living area offers a lounge with wood-burning fireplace, smart TV with full package DStv and DVD player, an 8-seater dining table as well as a second lounge with another wood-burning fireplace. These spaces open onto a lovely deck with amazing sea vistas, large outdoor dining table and swimming pool with sunloungers. There is an additional sheltered deck on the opposite side of the house with 4-seater table and lovely garden views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons and separate scullery with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The house offers complimentary uncapped Wifi. There is a full inverter system for loadshedding.

The village center, with a variety of top restaurants and shops, is a mere 5-minute drive away whilst the 5* Views Boutique Hotel & Spa, with on-site restaurant, gym and wellness center for use is within walking distance.

Sea Breeze Villa is ideal for families, groups of friends travelling together, golfers and business executives.

NOTE: Unfortunately, the estate’s boardwalk to the beach is currently out of operation as it was damaged during the floods and is to be repaired. You can access the beach via a public boardwalk just out of the estate at a public parking area, within walking distance. There is another public boardwalk also within walking distance, just out of the estate at the Views Hotel. Noise Policy: Sea Breeze is situated in a cul-de-sac, part of a gated estate. We kindly request that loud music, parties or any excessive noise be avoided at all times, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting of the estate. No charging of electrical vehicles is permitted at this property.

Winter Season (1 May – 31 July) Min 3 nights. Mid Season (1 Aug - 24 Nov) Min 3 nights. - This house has an inverter for loadshedding. There is also a gas stove top and rechargeable lights for loadshedding. - Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R 1500 management fee and R 3000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakages deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents this needs to be prepaid via EFT. - R 250 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00. - A maximum of 8 people sharing in 4 bedrooms. Please do not exceed this number on any given night. - Additional 2 children under 12 years old can be accommodated on a double sized blow up mattress in main bedroom at extra R 500 per child per night. This upon prior request only and pre-payment is required. - A baby camp cot and a high chair can be set up upon prior request only at no additional charge. The pool safety net can also be put on the pool, upon prior request only. - This house isn’t equipped to be child friendly. Do take care of small children at this house as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings. - Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels. - Strict Estate Rules: Only charcoal may be used in the BBQ/Braai, NO wood and NO open fires. NO pets are allowed on the property. - No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets. - Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please. - Noise policy: Sea Breeze is situated in a cul-de-sac, part of a gated estate. We kindly request that loud music, parties or any excessive noise be avoided at all times, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting of the estate. - A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time. - The house has septic tanks, only human waste and toilet paper down toilets please and use septic tank friendly cleaning materials. - Housekeeping service is not included, it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at time of enquiry. - This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables. - Parking: There is a double automated garage parking for 2 vehicles with additional on-site parking for max 2 more vehicles. Max 4 vehicles are allowed at the property. - Absolutely NO charging of electrical vehicles is permitted at this property.
