Saints Rest is a beautiful luxury guesthouse in the Clarens Valley in the Eastern Free State Highlands. Clarens is 20 kms from the Golden Gate National Park, 40 kms from Bethlehem, and on the Lesotho border. Clarens is known for its spectacular sandstone mountains and wonderful climate.

Saints Rest is a newly built 4 bedroom house with a wonderful open plan living area which is perfect for entertainment and festive mealtimes. The bedrooms are big and the linen of top quality. The beds are all extra length and can be King size or separated into 2 twin beds. Clarens is renowned for its art scene and the town hosts many art galleries, as well as restaurants and unique shops, all scattered around the villages' central square. Clarens also has spectacular horse riding, hiking trails and mountain biking. Throughout the year and especially during the autumnal months, the magnificent scenery of Clarens attracts many artists and photographers looking to capture the transformation of the terrain from verdant summer greens to luxurious rich shades of gold.

The Clarens golf course follows the stream and dams down the valley to the Club House and Conference Centre. Sandstone walls and distant mountain ranges form the scenic back drop to this country estate.
