Our small Cottage sleeps two adults plus one additional adult or two children on a comfortable sofa-bed (108cm width, surcharge if used). The lounge/TV-Room is fitted with a 40" Smart-TV with DStv EXTRA menu and Internet-Cooection. Fully fitted kitchen with coffee machine, cattle, gas stove, microwave oven, big fridge/freezer/combo, dish washer, sink and a dining table for four. A sliding door leads onto a private 40sqm patio/garden with 4-seater table and a luxury Weber Braai (no swimming pool!). This cozy holiday home has got its own private entrance and is totally separated from the other accommodation unit. Serviced twice a week.

The bedroom is fitted with two single-beds (91cm width, luxury thick mattresses in extra length). The beautiful bathroom has got round bath, big shower cabin, toilet and granite-top basin.
Both lounge and bedroom are air-conditioned.

Dstv can get connected on the guests account. In the case of booking being canceled for whatever reason the following rules apply: Non-refundable rent/payments..... Cancellation until 14 days before and after arrival = 100% Cancellation until 15 - 30 days before arrival = 80% Cancellation 31 - 60 days before arrival = 40% Cancellation 61 - 90 days before arrival = 20% Earlier than 120 days before arrival = 10%
