With spectacular views, it makes for the perfect setting for a relaxing night in front of a cozy fireplace with a glass of wine from one of the nearby wine farms. There is also a built-in gas braai to make the evening more memorable.
The unit comprises of a single bedroom with a comfy queen size bed with a newly purchased frim mattress. There is a small bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. The living area is large with and indoor fireplace and two couches. There is a 50 inch TV with a TV box that can stream Netflix, YouTube and more.
There is a kitchenette with basic cooking facilities, a small fridge and microwave. There is a Nespresso machine and guest will be provided a few Nespresso capsules, regular coffee, tea, milk and sugar. Additional Nespresso capsules and other snacks and drinks will be available for purchase.
Free WIFI with good signal throughout the unit.
The unit is safe and secured with its own alarm that can be armed and disarmed by quest.
The unit is located on a residential property where the owners reside. Guest will have exclusive use of the unit with private access. There is secured garage parking which is shared with the owners. The private access to the unit leads directly from the garage to the unit.
