This is the perfect option for a family getaway on the coast of the Garden Route. This double-storey villa can comfortably accommodate a total of 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms. The spacious main suite is furnished with a queen-size bed and boasts incredible ocean views, located on the upper level.
It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, double vanity, and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. Another queen-size bed is available in the third bedroom, while the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds.
These 2 rooms both have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The spacious open-plan living area occupies the top level and features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. Adjacent to this dining space is a cosy lounge with comfy seating, a fireplace, and a Smart TV. Downstairs is a second TV lounge and the whole property has access to free Wi-Fi. Outside, there is a spacious outdoor entertainment area with a lounging corner under an umbrella, sun loungers for guests to catch some sun, and a lovely swimming pool for guests to cool off on those hot summer days. Additionally, this property has a sunny braai area with an outdoor dining table.
The beach can be reached either via the stairs at the bottom of the street or with a car, via 2 access roads through or around Herolds Bay. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels are provided. Private parking is available with 2 garages for indoor parking. The house is equipped with solar power to ensure power during load shedding, a rainwater tank with filters, and recycling is encouraged with bins and recycling bags provided.
Herolds Bay is a quiet little town, located 10 minutes from George Airport, on the coastline of the Garden Route. The house is only a five-minute walk away from the beach and about a 5-10 minute drive from a few restaurants. The nearest town is George, which a 14 km away
