Newly refurbished and renovated, this one bedroom apartment situated in the popular residential suburb of Green Point, offers couples or the business traveller a fresh, uncluttered space.
An open plan living room and kitchen area allows for easy flow within the apartment. The fitted kitchen is kitted with new appliances such as a refrigerator with water dispenser, microwave, nespresso machine and supplies one would need for a comfortable stay.

A frosted glass sliding door separates the bedroom from the living area. With sliding doors open or closed; the bedroom is still large enough for two and has ample closet space with bed side draws on either side. An en suite bathroom consists of bath tub and shower, toilet and basin. But this elegant bath tub is not your ordinary as it is equipped with hydro-massage jets to target your pressure points for a relaxing experience. The overhead rain shower head brings a raincloud to your bathroom, which easily turns an average shower into a great shower.
Overlooking the street and with the Cape Town stadium peeping at you from the left, enjoy afternoon tea on the cosy balcony which has a small bistro set for outdoor dining.
With its perfect and convenient location, guests can easily explore Green Point and the surrounding areas such as Sea Point and De Waterkant on foot. The Myciti buses frequent the areas, or hop onto the topless City Sight Seeing buses down in Beach Road Sea Point to explore Cape Town’s pristine beaches further up such as Clifton, Camps Bay, Llandudno Beach, Hout Bay and even Constantia and Kirstenbosch. Fabulous eateries, grocery stores, roof top bars and spas line the streets below Eaton Square.

Eaton square is one of the older solid apartment buildings on the Green Point strip right opposite the Cape Town Stadium. The apartment has been renovated and opened up to ensure good flow throughout. Open plan living room and modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle toaster and coffee maker. Supply of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The living room still has the original parquet wooden flooring with lots of character. There is a comfortable modern two seater couch and double sleeper couch for extra sleeping arrangements for children. The large flat screen TV can be watched from either the couch in the living room or from the bedroom through larger sliding doors. The apartment features DSTV and a DVD player. In one corner, surrounded by windows, you find a round glass top dining table with four chairs. The living room leads onto a balcony with patio furniture. The bathroom can be accessed from the entrance hall or from the bedroom. A spa bath makes for a special occasion. Double sliding doors from the bedroom to the living room and to the bathroom really open up the space and offers something different, whilst keeping the bedroom very private – when wanted. A unique headboard in the bedroom completes the decor.
