The Andros is a gracious Cape Dutch homestead, dating from the 1909, set in 5000m of mature, park-like Gardens. Positioned in the heart of Claremont, one of Cape Town’s beautiful Southern Suburbs. The Andros has been lovingly restored and updated, carefully preserving its old-world charm. The Andros offers 15 individually and elegantly furnished rooms, complete with soft linens, fresh flowers, TV, fridge and private patios.
Gourmet breakfasts are served on the sun-bathed terrace, overlooking the vast Gardens and pool. Unwind after a busy day with an al fresco dinner and a glass of excellent Cape wine on the candle-lit patio or in the cosy restaurant, Dine. Nestled at the foot of Table Mountain, The Andros is a stone’s throw from Cavendish Square’s exclusive shopping centre, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and the Constantia wine farms.
The Andros also offers an ideal base for touring the Cape’s magnificent unspoiled beaches and many golf courses. Whilst The Andros is less than 10 minutes from Cape Town’s historic centre and only 20 minutes from the airport, it provides a peaceful and graceful “home away from home” to the discerning visitor and business traveller.
