Deluxe fully equipped Air conditioned self catering cottages situated away from the main house offer privacy, or double or twin bedrooms in the main house with en-suite bathrooms. For travellers and backpackers on a tight budget, we have luxuriously fully equipped caravans with a TV, M-net, fridge, tea / coffee etc.

Splash spa pool for those hot summer days. Remote access, and secure parking. Trailer parking bay & busses of the Iveco size can be accommodated. All units have air conditioners and electric blankets for the chilly nights. Complimentary toiletries. M-net / Satellite and usual SABC channels. Fax & E-mail facilities. Bus & Air shuttle at minimal fee. Pet friendly by prior arrangement.
We have 2 friendly dogs on site who don't trouble guests.

All rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice, and can change by duration of stay number of persons sharing . We are pet friendly, Gay Friendly , HIV friendly and non racist non discriminatory. We do not have standby Generators to supply power during times of loadshedding, and guests especially overseas guests who do not understand the concepts of loadshedding should take special note of this. Power outages could occur at any unexpected time, and could last for up to 6 hours. We will endeavor to make guests as comfortable as possible by providing Candles or Paraffin lamps, however heating and cooling cannot be provided.

Equipped caravan, sleeps up to 4 persons sharing in a 1 x double 2 x single config. These caravans all have a non-stocked mini bar fridge, TV with 7 channels , WiFi. Towels and linen are supplied as well as a kettle and complimentary tea / coffee tray. Ablution facilities are shared by 2 caravans per 2 bathrooms which are situated approximately 10 metres away from the caravan.

It was the most disgusting place I ever saw. Dirty, bathroom full of mildew and smelling terrible. The building is in a very bad condition. Walls dirty. Bedding was old and ripped. The bed was broken and very uncomfortable. A Dirty ashtray was left at the entry to the rooms.

We ended up staying at Kloofeind, which belongs to the same owner, as it had restaurant facilities. Dinner was very good but we requested breakfast at 08:00 the next morning. We did not get that breakfast as the staff was still sleeping. The bathroom facilities was filthy and was cleaned only after I enquired about it. I contacted the owner the next morning and he refunded us.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definately use them again. Directions given were very easy to follow and it was a breeze to get there. Well done.
