Set in the beautiful, enclosed & secured equestrian estate of Beaulieu, Midrand, is 'The Paddocks'. We offer two upmarket accommodation options at affordable prices; our two bedroom luxury Cottage & one bedroom Loft Suite. Both options are self-catering and will not disappoint the discerning visitor.

Suitable for corporate or private use, this immaculate property is right across the road from the Kyalami Equestrian Park and offers magnificent views over the bridle trails and golf course.
The Paddocks is literally a few minutes’ drive from Kyalami Race Track, Kyalami Business Park, Inanda Country Base, Beaulieu College, Lonehill, Midrand business district and Gallagher Estate.

Sandton, Fourways, OR Tambo, Lanseria Airport, Monte Casino, & Pretoria are also within easy driving distance.

TWO BEDROOM LUXURY COTTAGE
Suitable for between 2 & 4 persons

The one bedroom offers a Queensize double bed with en-suite shower, bath & toilet

Rates quoted are per person per night on a room only basis and include a daily cleaning service The Cottage rates are based on a minimum of two & maximum of four persons Children under 7 years are accepted on a request basis only Rates are subject to change without notice Rates are quoted in South African Rand We are a non-smoking establishment. We ask guests not to smoke inside please PAYMENT Unfortunately at this stage we do not accept credit cards Payment via EFT would be appreciated (internet transfer) RESERVATIONS All reservations are subject to availability on confirmation Provisional reservations will only be held for a maximum of 72 hours Full name of guests travelling will be required to convert status from provisional reservation to confirmed Should confirmation not be received by the given date, the booking will automatically be released and can only be re-instated on the basis that the reservation is confirmed/guaranteed TERMS & CONDITIONS A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations. The balance is due prior to arrival. Cancellations received 5 days or less prior to arrival are subject to a 100% cancellation fee as other reservations may have been turned away. Cancellations received more than 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to loss of deposit. No shows will be charged in full. We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, we will refund the applicable amount, within 3 working days. We levy a 10% administration fee on any refunds processed. ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES Check-in is after 14h00 Check-out is by 10h30 Late and early check-ins are to be notified on booking confirmation Late departures are to be discussed with management.
