The beautifully landscaped Gardens of Dolphin Dunes are exquisite and Andre and Mathilda's comfortable, yet contemporary style has been carried through to the new wing with beautiful finishes throughout. The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished with thoughtful attention to subtle details.
Wilderness is located in the centre of the Garden Route. George (10 minutes), Mossel Bay (35 minutes), Oudtshoorn (50 minutes), Plettenberg Bay (50 minutes) and the George airport (15 minutes) are all within easy reach. Canoeing, horse riding, the Choo-tjoe train and lots of hiking trails are amongst the activities nearby.
Breakfast is served on an outside deck overlooking the beach and/or inside in the breakfast room, also with sea views. A swimming pool is at your disposal. Dolphins and whales (in season) are clearly visible from our sea-facing bedrooms. We supply beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas for the beach. Maps, brochures and other tourist information are provided by the hosts of Dolphin Dunes.
