Birdying enthusiasts will hopefully be able to see a large variety including ‘Giant,Pied Pigmy Woodland & Malachite Kingfishers,Purple Crested Loerie,several types of Woodpecker, Sunbirds, Oriole and even Raptors including Giant Eagle Owl, Wood Owl, Martial Eagle, Black Eagle and several Kestrels and Hawks. Rare species ,the Bathawk.
Small game in the area include Bushpig, Bushbuck, Porcupine, Meerkat, Civet, Spotted Genet, Vervet
Monkeys, a rare sighting of two Samango Monkeys and perhaps you may hear the bark of Charma Baboon close by.

We have enjoyed our stay at Sherwoods Country House. The breakfast and supper were superb.
I have never tasted a fillet so tasty and soft, vegetables very good and desert {the apple strudel pie with ice cream} was to die for.
Very relaxing place to stay with friendly host and hostess.
Even Sam was soo good and we will definitely come again to stay at your old world charm place
