We are a upmarket lodge in the region, perfectly situated a days drive from
Windhoek (300km), making it an ideal first or last stop and we believe it will be worth
your while to come and see what we have to offer. Lapa Lange Game Lodge is a
veritable Oasis on the edge of the Kalahari, built with natural thatch and poles,
together with landscaped rolling lawns and waterholes, creating a warm African
welcoming atmosphere. The magnificent main buildings house the reception, curio
shop, restaurants, bars and lounges all overlooking the rooms, swimming pool and a
floodlit waterhole that hosts over 30 species of game. The floodlit waterhole, game
drives and walking trails give your clients access to these rare species.
Accommodation in the form of ultra and luxury chalets all in prime positions on the
edge of the waterhole ensure your game viewing pleasure. Luxury rooms fully
outfitted look over the waterhole and lodge around the main water features and
swimming pool.
Traditional Southern Namibian hospitality by locals is worldrenowned and the
owner of Lapa Lange’s roots are firmly embedded in the land and
they love to share it with you.
Lapa Lange offers 3 restaurants, namely the outside Lamb Spit Braai(the South is
famous for its Lamb), The Boma, where traditional Namibian Barbecues(Braai) take
place with Bushman doing cultural dancing and then our main In-house restaurant
where the cuisine is traditional Namibian/ Provencal meaning mostly local
ingredients used Lamb/Oryx steaks/Springbok roasts. Fresh home baked bread and
local preserves. Vegetarians are catered for.
