Alpine Bed and Breakfast is situated in the small town of Maclear tucked away in the foothills of the great Drakensberg range along the R56 route, Eastern Cape. Our facility offers a homely environment with breathtaking views of the Drakensberg and alpine plantations.
It is the perfect place to stay for a weekend away, business stay-over or taking a break from your stressful city life. Accommodation is offered in double and twin en-suite rooms. Each room features full DStv, a fridge, microwave, cutlery, an iron and ironing board, panel heater, ceiling fan, and WiFi internet access. There are plenty of attractions in the surrounding area to keep you busy including golf courses, squash and tennis courts, and horse riding. Or guests can enjoy visits to Tsitsa Falls, rock art sites, or any of the eight mountain passes in the area.
