Acorn is a welcoming residence located in the heart of George and the Garden Route, offering true South African hospitality. All rooms are decorated with crisp cotton linen and fine auction pieces from around the world. Spacious and cozy air-conditioned rooms include luxury comforts and a kitchenette.
We are all very passionate about the Garden Route & would gladly arrange a game of golf or help you explore the area at no extra cost to you.
A stunning breakfast is served on the outside patio next to the swimming pool! Orange juice, our sweet South African fruits, pastries and/or muffins, full English breakfast, and piping hot coffee/tea.
Our standard rooms are situated inside the house and all rooms have an en-suite bathroom. Our rooms are beautifully decorated.
The Superior rooms are stunning, spacious, and have king-size beds (which can be converted to twins) with self-catering facilities, air-conditioners, spa/large baths and showers, heated bathroom floors, electrical towel rails, and private entrances with their own patio/ balcony. Most rooms provide views of the pool and/or the Outeniqua mountains.
The Family rooms are outside the house with a private entrance. These rooms are spacious, with a queen-size bed & 2 single beds either in an upstairs loft or an additional room. Facilities include air-conditioners, showers/combined, and electrical towel rails. We also have a honeymoon room for excited newlyweds
One of our rooms is wheelchair friendly with grab rails in the bathroom.
Restaurants are within walking distance of us.
We are central from all Garden Route towns, such as Mossel Bay, Knysna
